Sciatic nerve pain and lower back pain are some of the most common afflictions in the world. About 1 in 10 people suffer back pain at any given moment and it’s the number one disability in the world.

I’ve been there before. I suffered sciatic nerve pain after pulling a muscle in my lower back at work. It was terrible, debilitating pain that kept me from doing the things that I love. I appreciate the dangers of not taking care of your body even more.

I never took drugs for it though, and I’m proud of that. I worked through it using some of these resources. It’s sure to do the trick for relieving that sometimes disabling pain.
